Dearest Mother, Father God of all. You are the Alpha and Omega. We come to you in prayer, for all the world, in this time of violence. We come to you Lord for our strength.

We pray for a powerful peace through your church, Lord, to shine like the light of morning over the dark events of terrorism. We come to you Lord for our strength.

We pray for the people of Nigeria, Beirut, El Salvador, Sudan, South Sudan, Rwanda, Paris, Syria, Palestine, and all who su?er from attack. We come to you Lord for our strength.

We pray for the many thousands of refugees, whose needs challenge the world to act with compassion, in service, as taught by your son, Jesus Christ. We come to you Lord for our strength.

We pray for the many blessed heroes, who respond with courage, in service to others. The light of your spirit shines through hearts around the world.   We come to you Lord for our strengh.

We pray for the United States and world leaders to serve with intention for the good of all people, and the stewardship of our earth’s resources to be attended wisely.  We come to you Lord for our strength.

We pray for those in need of healing in any way, in body, mind, or spirit, and for those on our prayer list:  …. We come to you Lord for our strength.

Your blessings are abundant to each of us. Lord, keep us in your peace.  We pray with gratitude Lord, for you alone knows each of us. We come to you Lord for our strength.

We pray for those who have passed from our sight into your eternal joy and peace, with angels and archangels, and all the company of heaven. Bless and keep those of us holding them in our hearts. We come to you Lord for our strength.
