The Reverend Wray MacKay, interim co-Rector at Emmanuel Episcopal Parish of Orcas Island, passed away on April 30 at St. Joseph Medical Center after an injury in his Orcas home on April 25. Please join us to celebrate at either 6 AM in the Parish Hall or 10 AM in the church. The sunrise service will be followed by breakfast and the 10 AM service will be followed by a potluck lunch including our Greek Easter celebration.
Please join us for a solemn Good Friday service in the church at 5:30.
Join us with the Lutherans for a light Mediterranean Supper in Benson Hall with foot washing and Eucharist to follow. We will then move to the church for the stripping of the altar. There are sign up sheets in the parish office for the Mediterranean Maundy Thursday Supper.
