Parish Thanksgiving Dinner, SUNDAY, November 24: A short service of thanksgiving will begin at 5 p.m. and dinner at 5:30 p.m. Sign up (in the church office) to bring your favorite Thanksgiving dish. Photos for the slide show of things we are thankful for can be sent to Berto via the parish office.
The entire island community is invited to walk the labyrinth anytime during All Soul’s Day. Come remember your loved ones with a meditative walk by the water.

Emmanuel Parish’s annual Blessing of the Animals will be held on Sunday, October 6th at approximately 11:15 am (following the 10 am worship service) on the outdoor labyrinth. A brief service will be held to honor our kinship with the creatures of the earth remembering St. Francis of Assisi, who inspired peace and love for all creatures. Bring your pets (4 footed, no footed, beaked, winged, clawed or finned) to the labyrinth where each will receive an individual blessing. All animals should come with a leash or cage for safety. If you can’t bring your pet, feel free to bring a picture to represent them. For more information please call the office, 376-2352.
