Dear Mother, Father God, We come to you with our hearts open in prayer, together in this community of worship, and personally, as you know each of us as your child.
Lord, may we draw your love through us, to give to each other, and in the ways you call each of us to serve.
Thank you Lord, for all those who serve you through this church, for the many hands and hearts who keep Emmanuel thriving and serving in your name. We pray for our rector, Berto, for Bishop Rickel, for your churches around the world and for all who minister in your name to the needs of others.
Lord, we pray for your will to be done, in our United States and in the changing world we hear about. Let peace begin with us, to serve and love one another, as your son Jesus Christ loves us.
Thank you Lord for your beauty which surrounds us, on this precious Orcas Island, the magni?cent Salish Sea, the fertile Skagit Valley, the elegant Cascade Mountains and the Olympic Mountains.
Lord, we pray for increased awareness of the natural balance of your world, that we might know how to protect your creation, with honor by our actions.
Lord, we ask your blessings for those we hold dear in our hearts. We pray for those who have passed into your eternal kingdom, for those who are in sickness, pain, and su?ering of any kind, and for those on our Parish prayer list:
Lord, we pray for your comfort, healing and divine peace to all. Thank you for your gifts of grace, and forgiveness.
Presider: Lord, thank you for those people you have brought into our lives who bring us closer to you, who have shown us by their example, the message of our Savior Jesus Christ. In His name we are grateful for your abundant blessings, grace and peace. Hallelujah! We love you Lord! Hallelujah!
