Precious savior, we ask you to hold in your compassionate care the people of Ukraine. Protect them from harm; hurry the peace, that the nations of earth might find harmony and hope in our time.

Precious savior, we pray for our church, that it might be a beacon of light in the world. We pray for the strength to speak love to hate, to answer evil with good, and to seek truth in all things.

Precious savior, We pray for Father Berto on his sabbatical and for Father Hugh as he ministers to our parish while Berto is away, that their hearts will filled with the fruits of the spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  Against these things, this is no law.

Precious savior, be with our President Joe Biden; our Secretary of State, Antony Blinken; and the leaders of the world as they seek an end to war. Help us to put aside our more personal interests for the greater good.

Precious savior, in this time of trouble, we pray for all people suffering fear, hunger, homelessness, and injustice. Help us to be your heart and hands in the world, that those who  despair will find deliverance. 

With fervent hope and hearts, we pray for justice.

Precious savior, among the many troubles of this age, let us not forget the suffering of the earth. Help us to restore to the fulness of health the seas, the skies, the earth itself, and all species that call earth home. 

With fervent hope and hearts, we pray for our earth.

Precious savior, we pray that, like the prodigal son, the lost might be found in you. We pray for those who suffer sickness in mind, body and spirit, that they might find health. We pray for the despairing, that they might find hope. We pray for the deceased and for their grieving families, that they might find peace. We pray for friends and family that we now name (pause), including those on our prayer list, that you will be with them in their time of need:
