Dear Lord, Creator of All Heaven and Earth,
We come to your in prayer for your love and guidance through us, that we may open tender hearts to each other, and to those you call us to serve. 
Lord, we are all one in your love.

We pray with gratitude for Emmanuel Church, our priests Reverend Berto and Reverend Hugh, our Bishop Gregory, our Vestry, our music director Marianne, our parish administrators Karen and Lisa, our teachers, and all who serve you in ways both seen and unseen.  
We thank you Lord, for your blessings on this community. May we be a beacon of caring and love, as taught by your son, Jesus Christ.

We pray for all people who serve in love through the churches of the world, those who act for peace, justice, equality, in service to the poor and needy, and especially for the children.
Lord, we are all one in your love.

We pray for those struggling with illness, addiction, fear, poverty, and those in need of housing. And especially for those in our hearts we now name.: May they know your healing peace.
We surrender them Lord, to the comfort of your abiding presence, in the name of Jesus Christ. We are all one in your love.

We pray for the innocent victims of tornados, war, violence, injustice, hunger, and for those struggling to survive. And we pray for those who help them, in brave service, as Christ has asked of us.
We surrender them Lord, to your love and protection, in the name of Jesus Christ. We are one in your love.

We pray for the peacemakers of the world, and those leaders needing your wisdom. We pray for your clarity and guidance to our President, the Congress, the courts, and those who ask for our trust in making decisions affecting the welfare of our nation and the world. 
May your will be with them and guide their decisions. We are one in your love.

We pray for those who have passed from our sight into your heavenly kingdom, and especially for those who mourn and miss them.
Lord we are one in your love.

Presider: Dear Lord, We thank you for bringing your son, Jesus Christ, to teach us we are all one in your love. We are grateful for your abundant daily blessings, grace and peace. Open our hearts with faith in sharing these gifts in love, as Jesus taught and loves us. Bless us, each one here today. In Jesus name we pray and celebrate your love. AMEN.
