O Lord, we pray for your church, especially our leaders Michael, Greg, Berto and Hugh may they show us your ways and teach us your paths so we may work to fulfil your mission. My God, I put my trust in you.

O Lord, we pray for these United States may we recognize how fractured we are and each of us learn to listen to both sides knowing that we are all God’s children. My God, I put my trust in you.

O Lord, we pray for our earth and all its inhabitants especially those in harm’s way of violence, disease and fear. My God, I put my trust in you.

O Lord, we give thanks for medical personnel, as well as researchers and vaccine manufacturers, that work tirelessly to help us survive this pandemic. My God, I put my trust in you.

O Lord, we pray for all who suffer in body, mind or spirit, from addiction, unemployment, mental illness or homelessness, particularly those we now name either silently or aloud, (pause) and especially for those on our parish prayer list…. Grant that they may know that you are the God of salvation and place their trust in you all the day long. My God, I put my trust in you.

O Lord, we pray for those who have died, especially from COVID, and those that mourn. Grant that, inspired by their words and example, we may ever follow your light till we rest with you. My God, I put my trust in you.
