Dear Lord, We pray together for the whole world, as one in your love, as we celebrate Pentecost.

We ask the light of your Holy Spirit to guide us in our times of deep concern and uncertainty.

Bless the people in nations at war, those struggling for survival and safety for their families. Bring the breath of your Holy Spirit to those in fear, poverty, hunger and homelessness.

Dear Lord, Your love is what we thirst for. We are all created to drink of one Spirit, for the common good.

Dear Lord, Bless the clergy and churches, in their service to our world in need of your comfort and reassurance.

Let us not hold fear, not feel divided, but realize we are gathered together toward the peace of the Lord, sent through Jesus Christ.

Dear Lord, Your love is what we thirst for. We are all created to drink of one Spirit, for the common good.

We pray for those who give themselves to serve others in destructive environments: the Ukraine, Sudan, Palestine, and nations of oppression.

Bless the Episcopal Ministries who reach out to provide resources of food, medicine and mental health to people in need from war, climate change disasters and poverty.

We are grateful for the many diverse gifts the Holy Spirit brings. We each serve in our own way.

We are baptized into one body in the Holy Spirit.

Lord we are deeply grateful for our inclusive Emmanuel Parish community of service. We honor one another in our many differences and gifts from God.

Bless our renewed Community Dinner Kitchen ministry to our community, to all who come and all who benefit by serving.

It is through the joy of service that we receive your Spirit of Love. It is our reward to give to others, according to the gifts God has given us.

We are blessed and pray with deep gratitude for Fr. Berto and Fr. Hugh, who teach, inspire and lead us in our spiritual journey with you Lord.

Bless our Provisional Bishop Melissa, Presiding Bishop Michael and all Ministers in their journey of service in your name Lord.

Bless all who silently serve in love, for the common good of all. It is our reward to give to others,

according to the gifts God has given to us.

We are blessed by the natural wonder of our island waters, forests and spring flowers bursting with beauty. We pray for the world environment.

May the Holy Spirit breathe a fire of passion for us to change our destructive ways to the environment and vanishing animal species,

so you may renew the earth as you designed it Lord.

We pray for those carrying burdens, those in pain, hunger, depression, addiction, loss of loved ones, or any kind of suffering, especially those we name here:

Lord, bring them to the light of your Holy Spirit, and into the peace of your healing love.

Bless all who have died, and those who mourn their loss.

Bless each soul who returns to you Lord, may they rejoice in your loving presence.

Thank you Lord, for the opportunity to slow our pace, connect with our own spirit, and feel part of your church family, in all its differences. May we each be the light of your Holy Spirit.

Dear Lord, Thank you for sending your son, Jesus Christ, who brings the rivers of living waters. We were all made to drink of one Spirit. Bless and keep us each, in the name of The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
