Dear Lord, You are the alpha and omega of all.

In this time of our deep concern for the world we pray.

As Jesus rode a donkey into Jerusalem, let us walk the way of sharing His humility and suffering, to share in His resurrection.

Teach us each to be a messenger of Jesus, to bring his love through us into the world.

You are our God. Our time is in your hands.

We pray for our thoughts and actions to seek basic Human Rights in every land, with freedom from fear and persecution. Lead us in the way of Jesus.

You are our God. Our time is in your hands.

As one person, we are gifted with your blessings. As we come together in community, we are gifted with the power of sharing your love, in service and joy.

Lead us in the way of Jesus.

You are our God. Our time is in your hands.

We pray for your inspiration and blessings upon our cherished Fr. Berto and Fr. Hugh, our Vestry, and those many hearts and hands who generously

serve you through our beloved Emmanuel.

You are our God. Our time is in your hands.

As a nation we are divided in many ways. We pray to bring Christ’s love through each of us, as healing for the greater good, to follow in the way of Jesus.

Let our nation feel called to empower, encourage and connect with those on the margins of basic human needs and safety.

You are our God. Our time is in your hands.

We pray for our thoughts and actions to seek conscious, healthy stewardship for healing this beautiful earth you have created as our home.

You have given us all that we need. We are blessed beyond our knowing. Lead our hearts and actions to follow in the way of Jesus.

You are our God. Our time is in your hands.

We are grateful for sharing in the Lenten services with soup and bread at other churches in Eastsound. We are a community in your love.

We all care and pray for the homeless, the hungry, the addicted, and those in pain, and fear. Bring them into your loving peace with water, food, and tenderness.

We pray especially for those we now name:

You are our God. Our time is in your hands.

Dear Lord, we are grateful for each person here today, and those we hold in our hearts, in community during our Holy time together.

Lead us to be of service with our minds, hearts and actions, knowing the joy of following our Savior and
teacher, Jesus Christ, in whose name we pray.

You are our God. Our time is in your hands.

Amen
