O God of wisdom and the Author of all peace, we give thanks for every tribe, language, people and nation on this precious earth praying for peace throughout the world.

May everyone who calls on the name of the Lord be saved.

O God who renewed the earth by the gift of creation, we give thanks for Orcas Island and the surrounding waters praying that the beauty of this island be preserved for future generations.

May everyone who calls on the name of the Lord be saved.

O God of hope, comfort and restore all who suffer in body, mind or spirit, from addiction, unemployment, mental illness or homelessness, particularly those we now name either silently or aloud, (pause) and especially for those on our parish prayer list: …and for those for whom no one prays; may they be comforted by the Advocate.
