Oh Great and Holy Mystery. We begin our prayer with
gratitude for the generosity and goodness here in our church
community. Our kind and giving priests regularly inspire us to
sing new songs of outreach, generosity, and persistence on the
parallel paths of service and worship. We bless and thank you for
all we share together—for the beauty that surrounds us, and for
the flickering flame of hope that keeps us going. Tell out my
soul,
We, your people, call upon you as we celebrate our chosen
journey together.

You are beyond all knowing, and yet we yearn to know you. Let
us seek wisdom throughout our days. Help us to be vigilant and
disciplined as we strive to keep agreements that could make a
difference to all who suffer. Tell out my soul.
We, your people, call upon you, Oh God, as we make known
your deeds through our daily service to others.

Help us to be joyful. Help us to remember our true nature and
never lose the sense of wonder that is at the heart of our being.
We are especially thankful for the joy many of our members bring
through their participation in events at the Orcas Center. Tell Out
My Soul.
We call upon you, oh God, as we exalt your holy name with
joy in our hearts.

Oh Great and Holy Mystery, bestow fresh inspiration and
blessings on all who teach, all who offer service through the
community: counsellors, healers, caregivers, and others whose
work is to restore balance when circumstances go awry. We extend
our prayer to all those seeking to assist victims of war, famine,
and oppression throughout the world, including Unicef workers, Doctors without Borders, and people working with the Episcopal Relief organizations. Tell out my soul.
We call upon you, oh God, that we may save your holy
creation.

Oh Great and Holy Mystery, your spirit enlivens every tree, every
thing from unseen microbes to magnificent whales. Bless them all
and help us humans to be better stewards of land and sea. Tell
out, my soul.
We call upon you, oh God, that we may save your holy
creation.

Please help all those with special concerns in time of trouble to
feel your presence and know the healing power of infinite love.We
pray for all who suffer from addiction, inadequate food, housing,
and income, for broken families and broken hearts. We pray for
those struggling with gender identity, and all who seek authenticity
in any part of their lives.
We call upon you, oh God, that each of your blessed children
know your love.
