We pray for Emmanuel Church to be a beacon of your love for all who come through the doors, whatever their belief or need. We are all your children seeking the power of your peace.

We pray for our connectedness to bring us together in service to others, for the hungry, the poor, the needs of children, and those who just need someone to listen.

We pray for all world leaders, our president, and our local government, that their decisions will be made with courage and respect for the equality of all God’s people.

We pray with gratitude for our abundant daily blessings, that we may open our hearts to them whenever we are in need of solace.

We pray for our country’s growth in justice as we remember Dr. Martin Luther King’s work among us.
