Dear God, Lord of All Heaven and Earth, hallowed be your name.  We pray for the world, for families in distress, for children in need of shelter, safety and comfort, and for those who flee from danger and fear.

We surrender our longing into your hands Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ. We are all your children. Give us each day our daily bread.

We pray for churches throughout the world, that your guidance shall inspire them in service, love and compassion for your world family.  May all priests and ministers follow you Lord, in their hearts and actions, as Jesus showed us the way.

Lord, Bless Emmanuel Church as a vessel of your love, for all who enter our church, our concerts, our Labyrinth, and especially this Saturday at Market Day.  Let us celebrate the joy of giving and working together.

Bless our Bishop Greg, our priests, Father Berto, in your love during his sabbatical, and Father Hugh, inspiring and leading us spiritually in service, Karen, Marianne, the Market Day volunteers, and all who serve you Lord, in our mission to love our neighbors as ourselves.

Bless this community, may we be a beacon of caring and love, as taught by your son, Jesus Christ.  I will give thanks to you, Lord, with my whole heart.

We pray for the United States, for our elected office holders and judges to carry you in their hearts, for the welfare of all and equality in our nation and the world.  You are the one God of all.

We surrender our longing hearts into your hands Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Bless this earth home and your gifts of clean air, water, forests, rich soil, and the animal kingdom. Lead us to urgently protect your creation which sustains life. We are deeply concerned, and seek to heed the signs of high temperatures and fires. Our actions will matter. You are the one God of all.

We surrender our longing hearts into your hands Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ.  We sing of the ways of the Lord.

We pray for those in need of food, shelter, health care, and kindness, for those in fear, pain or any kind of suffering. Bless those we name here, and especially those on our prayer list…Challen… Judy & Doug… Lindalena & Jim… Ingrid… Stephen… Jon… the Class family… Luka… Becky… Sara… Evelyn… Lorinda… Zach… Effie, Stephen, and Calder… Margaret… Lisa… Fred… Elyse… Jan… Steve & Nancy… Carl… the Cook family… Bill… Audrey… Joyce… Dave… Janet… Carl & Julianna… Anne… and those for whom no one prays.  We surrender our longing hearts into your hands Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ. We surrender our longing hearts into your hands Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Thank you dear Lord for our bountiful blessings, both in our daily life, and in Jesus teaching us to always return to your comfort and strength for our peace.
